Since the building was built in 1950 according to the
assessment roll, it was in the interest of transparency
that the seller had a pre-sale inspection of the property
carried out by a building inspector. The Inspection Report
is therefore an integral part of this Sellers' Declaration
and will be shared with all collaborating brokers and
buyers.
Following the inspection report written by Inspection Sur
Mesure 9202-8844 Qc Inc., the property qualifies for the
Integri-T warranty which is administered by ACQ Résidentiel
This sale is made with the legal warranty of quality, which
is however limited to the coverage period and the
exclusions of the Integri-T warranty of 3 years following
the signing of the deed of sale, for protection of up to a
maximum of $40,000 in the event of the discovery of latent
defects. At the end of the period of 3 years following the
signing of the deed of sale, the sale will be deemed to
have been made without any legal guarantee of quality, at
the buyer's own risk.
